These people do an EXCELLENT job, considering there are only 5-6 of them. I was with a company for 25+ years, and just really got tired of all the stuff they kept charging me for, almost the phone call to reorder. Over $300.00 + for 80 gallons, really? At my Brother's advice I contacted West Texas and was SUPER impressed!!! Terry was extremely helpful, and patient with my complaints from the other company. Another day I spoke to Lori, also very nice and to the point. The guys came out, Diago and Ramon, and were polite, filled my every request and didn't tear up my yard getting the old tank moved and the new one placed. They answered all my questions, checked for leaks, several times, and did a very detailed job! After this experience, I wished I had contacted them years ago! You receive personalized service like you would expect from someone where there are other choices around, but glad I choose West Texas. Make a change, you'll be glad you did !!!!

Best prices and reasonable fees in town. After renting a tank from Ferrellgas I was told I need to start to pay rent. I decided to purchase my own tank. They charge me again for the inspection since is another tank, then the technician said something that got me confused with the regulator. I thought he was going to install it and let us borrow it. Well, I was wrong after checking the bills and fees. The regulator wasn't free nor a fair reasonable price. I got it for less at West Texas Propane and free inspection and has the same rate per gallon that Ferellgas offer. Ferellgas charge for everything. They wanted to charge me a fee to do a leak test again for the pressure because I run out of propane, plus the inspection fee, and to top it off the propane itself is 50 gallons minimum order. I cancel the regulator and the technician said he was going to take it off on Monday and came another day after Monday when I wasn't home and removed the pipes and copper couplings without letting me know. Legally he couldn't sell the regulator alone but took off the pipes per him. I called the main office because the technician disconnected everything and took the copper pipe that was less than 2 feet long which I need for the regulator I had purchased. Even though they didn't know nothing about me buying another regulator for less from another company still no compassion. He should of left them there and add that to my account but he didn't. He took them with him after he said it was $3 per foot of bendable copper. He should of ask if I still wanted these things and sell them to me, but instead decided to take off everything. I had to go buy all these stuff from the hardware store, waste gas and time. I hard a very bad time with the pipe sizes and the correct tools. What a bad experience with Ferrellgas. Be nice simple as that. We are supposed to help clients not just charge unfair fees.
West Texas Propane provides a good service and has reasonable prices. They help the clients. They do a free inspection and helped me get all the pipes connected all over again in order to have the propane tank work.
